HOW TO ORDER
To place an order follow these 6 easy steps:
1 - SEND US A PHOTO WITH YOUR INSTRUCTION VIA MAIL OR EMAIL.
Send a photo by email
Scan your photo. Set the resolution to 300dpi (photos 4"x6" and bigger) or 600dpi (smaller than 4"x6").
Save the file as JPEG or TIFF (no more than 25MB per file). If you have more than 2 photos,
please send them in separate emails. Please don't forget to write the instruction.
If you don't have a scanner or you are not comfortable using it, you can take the photo to a copy shop
and have them do it for you. Ask to save a photo on CD in RGB format. Send us the file.
Please don't forget to write the instruction and include your name, telephone number or email address.
Send a photo by mail (slower turnaround time)
Send us your photo or CD with a photo scanned by you or the copy center, through the post office.
Please have a track and trace of your parcel.

2 - WE REVIEW THE IMAGE AND SEND YOU A QUOTE.
The estimate is FREE of charge.
3 - YOU ACCEPT THE QUOTE
We will start working on the image

YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE QUOTE
You don't own us anything, just the cost of shipping and handling if you sent us a photo or CD
and you want it back.
4 - WE SEND YOU A LOW RESOLUTION PROOF FOR YOUR REVIEW
5 - YOU MAKE A PAYMENT

6 - WE SEND YOUR ORDER BY EMAIL OR MAIL
After receiving a payment we will finish your order and send you two version of the photo:
High resolution for printing and low resolution for viewing on your computer screen.
If you ordered prints or CD we will start the processing and send it to you as soon as it's ready.
PAYMENT
Pay online by credit card using Pay Pal for the fastest turnaround time.
We also accept money orders and checks (US only). Please make the check payable
to: Ewa Janikowski - Photo Pro Fix.
Please note: we will send the finished work after a check is cleared, what means slower
turnaround time.
There is a $30.00 charge for returned check.
To speed the things up you can include payment with your mailed in order or use Pay Pal.
